The Problem We Lived
We ran e-commerce brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and wholesale. We thought we knew our numbers.
We didn't.
Every week, we'd spend hours reconciling data from five different platforms. Building the same reports. Updating the same spreadsheets. And still not being sure what our actual profit was.
When we looked for tools to help, we found plenty that showed us more data. But none that actually answered the question: "What should I do?"
So we built Hyperfocus.
